The Hand Screw Machine Company has been making replacement parts for the strapping machine industry for over almost 40 years. We are specialists at making feedwheels, shafts, bushings, grippers, baseplugs and many other replacement parts.

The serrated drive wheels pictured above are used by the strapping machine industry. The pyramid or tent-line times come to a point of 0.003" maximum with the outside diameter concentric to the inside diameter within 0.002" total indicated runout. The inside diameter can be a spline, hex, keyway or square.
